How can I exchange or return an online purchase?

You have 30 days from the dispatch date to exchange or return your order.

What are the return conditions?

  • Items must be in their original condition—just like when they arrived at your door.
  • For hygiene reasons, items like socks and swimwear can only be returned if the protective seal is still intact.
  • Personalized or altered items, made especially for you, cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Accessories must be sent back in their original sealed packaging.
  • Gift cards and vouchers are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

How and when will I receive my refund?

We’ll process your refund using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

  • You’ll get an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 14 working days to appear in your account.
